Recreational women's hockey is going into its eighth year in Squamish.
The women have the ice four times a month throughout the winter season every other Sunday night and every other Wednesday night.
The group usually goes into three tournaments a year.
New players are always welcome and encouraged to come out, regardless of ability.
Information night and sign-up is Wednesday (Sept. 7) at 7:30 p.m.

麻豆社国产fields will soon be swarmed by men sprinting to dominate a diamond-patterned ball again. The Sea to Sky Hotel/G&T Spa men's league begins play Sept. 11.
Whistler F.C., the number one team last year, is back to defend its title.

Grey Sox at Nationals
The Vancouver Grey Sox, coached and managed by Squamish's John Stuart, are in St. Thomas, Ontario this weekend for the Canadian Fastball Championship tournament.
Infielder Kevin Schellenberg of 麻豆社国产is on the Grey Sox roster for the tournament.
The team opened the tournament Sunday (Aug. 28) with a loss and by Wednesday it had a record of two wins and two losses.The finals at the tournament are set for Sunday (Sept. 4).
