Locals can take a magical voyage to the "Land of the Midnight Sun" this summer.
Disney Cruise Line offers a seven-night sailing from Vancouver to Alaska that visits several bucket list stops before returning back to the city. And since it's a round-trip voyage, you won't have to worry about the cost of a plane ticket home, either.
The cruise departs from Canada Place on Monday, Aug. 21, and spends a day at sea before sailing around the awe-inspiring Dawes Glacier -- a massive, bright-blue-hued coastal glacial mass. After spending a day at the glacier, the ship takes guests up to Skagway, which is a great place to discover Alaska's rich gold rush history.
The second stop on the itinerary is Juneau, which is Alaska's capital and home to the strikingly-blue Mendenhall Glacier. The final stop on the itinerary, Ketchikan, is located in the breathtaking Inside Passage.
After one final day at sea, the ship sails into back to Vancouver on Monday, Aug. 28.
